Barentz Expands U.S. Personal Care Team by Hiring New Account Manager to Cover Midwest

AVON, OH, August 2nd, 2024. Barentz, a leading distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemical solutions is excited to announce that Brooke Slama has joined our team as an Account Manager for the Personal Care division covering the Midwest. This role reflects a fantastic alignment with our division’s Principal-led strategy approach and is key in supporting the growth of our Personal Care division at Barentz.

Previously, Brooke held the position of an Account Manager at Palmer Holland, where she successfully managed accounts and conducted outreach to maintain repeat and new business. Prior to her role as an Account Manager, she also excelled as an Inside Sales Representative for the Cleveland Browns, where she managed prospects. Brooke’s extensive experience in sales will help drive significant growth to the Personal Care market throughout the region.

As Account Manager for Barentz Personal Care, Brooke will be responsible for achieving profitable and sustainable growth within her assigned market and sales territory. She will focus on effectively building relationships, and specialize in understanding customer business in order to provide appropriate products and solutions. Brooke will achieve this through new customer acquisition, as well as new product opportunities and relationship building. She will focus on customer success by addressing customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with a sense of urgency and accuracy, and will strive to meet their unique needs.
